Then, in 1995, he became a partner in the firm of Richard B. Troutman, P.A. In 2002, Mr. Bressler started his own firm which has remained in the same location in Winter Park, Florida minutes from the downtown Orlando Courthouse. The focus of the practices is personal injury and wrongful death cases, with an emphasis on auto negligence, bodily injury and wrongful death cases.
The firm also represents clients in cases that few lawyers specialize in such as automobile diminished value and loss of use claims, and hospital lien litigation.
