Mitchell Hanson grew up in Central Florida and began his legal career in 1986 as a federal law clerk to Judge Peter Fay of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In 1987 Mr. Hanson accepted a position at a prestigious litigation firm in Tampa, where he practiced until he returned home to Orlando and co-founded a personal injury firm, which he managed from 1992 until 2021.
